Return & Exchange Policy

In Store Policy:

If you are not entirely satisfied with the item ordered, the accessories can be exchanged within 7 days of reception for all online purchases only or you can receive credit note/ Gift Card. 

Any items that are purchased from the store can only be exchanged within 7 days of reception. Once items are purchased online and delivered to your local store, it is considered only exchangeable after you have tried it on and are satisfied with your purchase.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund nor exchange. The merchandise must not be worn, altered or damaged, otherwise, the products may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are not responsible for any price changes unless the sale was applied in store only.

Exclusion applies on all RUDSAK purchases are not refundable! You are eligible for an exchange within the 7 days period.  


Online orders shipped to local store Policy

All orders online that are shipped to the store or Pre-orders that are made in store, once received customer is responsible to make sure that they are satisfied with their product and we double check that there is no manufacturer defect. Furthermore, we do not expect any returns other than size changes or for any unsatisfactory reason that will be decided by the manager or the assistant manager in store only.


We allow for all gift purchases to be only exchanged until January 5th 2020. All items must be in the original packaging and with its tagged intact. 

Alterations Policy

Any alterations required by the customer, the store will not be responsible unless the order was initially made custom by one of the designers.


Custom Haute Couture Designs 

No refund will be accepted after the first Deposit is done. We respect the labour that each designer takes to make the garment and since it is custom made for the client there is no turning back to get a refund on their labour.

To book an appointment it cost $75 and can only be refunded if it is cancelled before 24h. 


Regular-Priced Merchandise

Within 7 days: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card.

After 7 days: we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Sale Merchandise

Within 10 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card.

*Sorry, no refunds to the original form of payment for sale or discounted items.

Return & Exchange Details for Online Orders only

For all returns or exchanges for online orders, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you’ll have to present a valid receipt.

Please note that bodysuits, swimwear, hosiery, jewelry and all intimates except bralettes are Final Sale.

You will receive your refund through your original form of payment. If you return your items in store, we can process an exchange or issue you a merchandise credit.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card. Nice and simple.

 Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit ca
rd or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

8LACK OFFICIAL reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time.

Your package includes an order invoice, return form, customs documents (if applicable), and a pre-printed merchandise return label.

  • On your Return Form, check off the items you wish to return and list the return reason codes.
  • Securely pack your merchandise and Return Form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).
  • Place the pre-printed Return Label on the outside of your package. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).

Customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When ordering out of Canada, duty and taxes will not be covered by the seller.
